Why Buying a Home?

Ownership
It is well known that investing in Real Estate is one of the safest long term investments. It has outperformed the stock market over the last 10 years. Besides the obvious financial reasons of considering purchasing Real Estate, there is also the psychological reason of doing it. The satisfaction of accomplishing everybody's dream of owning the place where you and your loved ones live. According to the National Association of Realtors, in a survey among 6,000 homeowners and 2,000 renters, they found that 76% of owners and 66% of renters considered pride of ownership an important reason for buying.

Dislike Paying Rent

In a similar proportion, aproximately 70% of those taking the survey, the dislike of paying rent was an important reason to buy.
Another important factor for around 60% of them was the owner's ability to control and modify a home's features and make it a reflection of who they are.
